I grew up and worked in Northern NJ. I always knew one day I would be moving to Ocean County. I love the ocean and wanted to be in a less populated area. When the Covid pandemic started I decided it was finally time to make the move. I have known Melissa since 2007. When I heard she was a realtor in point Pleasant I reached out to her asking for help. Finding a home that I could afford in a nice community in Ocean County during the Covid-19 pandemic and a housing market that had very low inventory seemed like the impossible at the time.
